If mother of minor is not eligible for custody of minor, that does not automatically makes the father eligible for the custody of minor. The conduct of father is very important in determining the welfare of minor. If a father is not maintaining the child properly or is not eligible to look at the well being of the child in any way, that disentitles him from the custody of child. Similarly before granting custody to the father the guardian court should determine whether the child has affection with the father or not. If a father and a child do not have close affection and if the child is not comfortable with the father for any reasons, the custody of such child should not be handed to such father. There are only few Airlines Operating from Pakistan. These include Pakistan International Airline (PIA), Bhoja Air, Shaheen Air, Serene Air and Air Blue. However, since Pakistan was signatory to Montreal Convention, a prominent lawyer Mr. Salman Yousaf Khan (Golra) from Islamabad dragged Airblue in litigation after the Airblue Aircrash in 2010.
