Even otherwise, learned counsel for the petitioner has miserably failed to establish any ill-will, mala fide or bias on the part of the complainant for falsely implicating the petitioner. As recovery is yet to be effected from the possession of the petitioner, therefore, he is not entitled to the extra-ordinary relief of pre-arrest bail.                  ...
