Limited owner/ Termination of

By


1.       Alienation of property by widow after termination of her limited estate, ¾ share of property decreed in favour of reversioners. PLJ 1999 Lah. 1232
2.       On death of limited owner (widow) property reverted to the heir of last male owner. PLD 2002 SC 741.
3.       Transfer by limited owner in favour of daughter, void. 1978 SCMR 276.
4.       Termination of life estate, heirs of husband succeed. PLD 1987 Pesh. 100.

Limited estate of female stands terminated in 1962. NLR 2006 SCJ 727.
