Group insurance is not a tarka but is a grant in favour of nominee. PLJ 1999 Lah. 907; PLD 1991 SC 731. Group insurance not ‘tarka’ of deceased. 2001 MLD 1; NLR 2000 AC 601; PLD 1994 Pesh. 1 and PLD 1991 SC 731 distinguished.

Group insurance is tarka. 2006 YLR 2678.
